CTC Safety offer a range of earthmoving plant operator training (Statement of Attainment) courses and verification of competency (VOC) assessments. The Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) has developed a Verification of Competency – Mobile Plant Fact Sheet to provide information regarding the standards and expectations of the OFSC specifically in relation to competency requirements for the operation of mobile plant.
