FAQs

What training do I need for Ausgrid / Endeavour / Essential authorisation renewal in NSW?

Choose the “ASP Annual Refresher” and we package the required units and network refresher to match your role and network alignment. If you’ve done units with another RTO, we can refresh via reassessment (evidence required).

Can I do just the Safety Rules refresher (ESR) for Endeavour or Essential?

Yes — many workers only need an ESR refresher, while others also need CPR/LV rescue/other components. Use the role selector or call us and we’ll map it correctly.

Where do you offer training?

Public training is delivered at CTC Workplace Training centres in Sydney @ Emu Plains, Central Coast @ Tuggerah and Newcastle @ Beresfield. We also deliver onsite group bookings NSW-wide (discounts apply).

Can you refresh units I completed with a different RTO?

Yes — refresher means reassessment, and you’ll need to provide evidence of prior completion (e.g., Statement of Attainment / card / transcript).

Is pricing GST-free?

Yes, all nationally recognised training is GST-free.

Do you offer onsite group bookings for ESI / ASP teams?

Yes — onsite delivery NSW-wide is available for most options and discounts apply for group bookings.
